Gaby Alvarado
Special Advisor to the Deputy Director, Office of the Director
Gaby Alvarado serves as Special Advisor to the Deputy Director of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) under the Biden-Harris Administration. In her role, Gaby advises the Deputy Director on strategic initiatives aimed at removing barriers to employment for Hispanic and Latino communities. Gaby previously served at OPM as a Confidential Assistant to the Deputy Director.
Prior to joining the Administration, Gaby worked as a Lead Account Strategist for Mothership Strategies, where she raised over $2.2 million in grassroots donations for the 2022 Midterm Elections. Gaby began her post-graduate career as a Digital Strategist, where she collaborated with a team to run successful fundraising programs for progressive organizations.
Gaby received her B.A. in International Relations from American University.
