  • You are welcome to bring your laptop if you wish. There are ethernet cables and wireless access points available in the hotel rooms. The WMDC has computers in each breakout room and 10 in the student lounge with various types of software and Internet access.  Wireless access points are set up throughout the areas.

  • The Denver International Airport is approximately 25 miles from the Radisson Hotel Denver SE. Upon arrival at DIA, proceed to the Baggage Claim Area. Exit through Door 508 of the West Terminal and proceed to Island #3.  Note: Ensure you board the shuttle for the Radisson Denver Southeast in Aurora.  It is advisable to check with the driver prior to boarding.  The shuttle departs the hotel at the top of the hour and picks up passengers at the airport within the hour under normal weather, traffic and road conditions. Be prepared for up to an hours' wait, depending on  your arrival time. It takes about half an hour each direction during normal traffic and road conditions. Hours for the shuttle are 4am-12pm seven days a week. If you miss the last shuttle due to your arrival time, please call the front desk at 303-695-1700 to request a pick up at West Terminal, Island #3.

  • The Federal Executive Institute offers three types of programs. All are designed to help Federal executives improve the performance of their agencies. the programs and their points of contact are: 1. Leadership for a Democratic Society: FEI's four week leadership development program Federal executives.  Contact the LDS Registrar, Terry Stotts, at 434-980-6232. 2. Interagency Courses: FEI's two-day to one-week courses focus on specific leadership issues. Contact the customer service representative, Joyce Reedy, at 304.870.8008. 3. Custom Programs: FEI's single agency sessions are designed to meet specific organizational needs. Contact either Account Managers Karen Kimmel at 434-980-6230 or Claudia Lowe at 434.961.6403.

  • Visitors are not permitted during delivery of FEI programs. Leadership for a Democratic Society program participants can host visitors in their FEI bedrooms during non-working weekends. There is no charge for guests staying in participant bedrooms. Measl for guests are available but the participant there are visiting must pay for them. No pets are allowed on the FEI campus.  Only service animals for participants can stay on the campus.
