SUBJECT: Revised Encryption Instructions for Sending Data to the FEHB Clearinghouse

In Carrier Letter 2001-30, dated September 12, 2001, we attached instructions for transmitting your electronic enrollment data to the FEHB Enrollment Reconciliation Clearinghouse, also known as CLER. There was an error in those instructions. The address given for OPM-Macon's FTP server was FTP://WWW.EEXINFO.EMPLOYEEXPRESS.GOV. It should have been FTP://WWW.EEXINFO.EMPLOYEEEXPRESS.GOV. Please note the extra "E" in the correct address. We have attached revised instructions to this letter.
