SUBJECT: Revised Electronic Enrollment Changes for 2002

In Carrier Letter 2001-29, dated September 7, 2001, we attached the file layouts for 2002 for electronic enrollments you receive from the Macon-HUB. There was an error in the file layout. In record 38, the length was correctly shown as 9 characters, but the position was shown as from 488 to 522, which covers more than 9 characters. The position for record 38 should be 488 to 496. The position of all subsequent records in this layout must be adjusted accordingly. We have attached a revised file layout to this letter. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
