CFC in Times of National Emergencies |

infrastructure offers a unique mechanism to assist in the collection of special
solicitation funds for victims of a national emergency or natural disaster.
However, Federal regulations currently give each Federal agency head the ability
to choose whether and how a solicitation would occur in the agency. A panel of
campaign experts will examine the role of the CFC leadership during special
solicitations and assess various special solicitation models applied within
government agencies with a view towards defining the resources needed to most
effectively address emergency fundraising needs.
