DEADLINE: Applications must be received by OPM no later than 5:00pm (Eastern) Wednesday, January 31, 2007. Late applications will not be accepted. NOTE: OPM continues to experience significant delays with mail service associated with irradiating mail prior to its delivery to Federal offices.
