CFC MEMORANDUM 2006-9

The CFC 1417 Campaign Results form is now available to accept campaign reports for 2005 CFC results.  Please complete the form no later than March 24, 2006.

The CFC 1417 Campaign Results form can be found at http://www.opm.gov/cfc/Campaigns/1417campaigninfo.asp.  You must use the PIN created by your campaign in the 1417 Campaign Information System to access the form.  Please see the attached screenshots for additional details.

A number of changes were made to the 2005 CFC 1417 to enhance the quality of information collected and overall organization.  Please refer to CFC Memorandum
2006-6 for additional details.
