The Strategic Compensation Conference 2000 was held at the Washington Hilton and Towers, in Washington, DC, on August 28-29, 2000, with a full day of workshops on August 30th. The Conference provided Federal Managers and Human Resources practitioners with updates, forecasts, and practical information about the Federal compensation environment--pay and leave administration, performance management, position classification, and efforts to improve the compensation tools available to support agency missions.
