The e-QIP system is used by a wide variety of federal agencies, and it is important that each applicant contact the appropriate personnel for assistance in completing their security questionnaire. Please pay close attention to the following options:

• All applicants should contact the local security or human resource official at the sponsoring agency to which they are applying to obtain Golden Question resets, e-QIP support, or forms assistance.

• Department of Defense (DOD) applicants, employees, or military should contact their local security office. If the local security office is unable to assist, call 1-888-282-7682. Contractors with the Department of Defense should call the DOD Security Services Call Center at 1-888-282-7682.
