  1. How do I report my bankruptcy?

    Answer: If you declared a bankruptcy during the preceding calendar year, you should report it in Section 12: Bankruptcy. Report the amount, bankruptcy type, date and place filed. Also, provide an explanation within the Explanation box as to why the bankruptcy was filed.

  2. I filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy in the past, how do I report my on-going payments?

    Answer: Enter this information in Section 10: Mortgages, Loans, and Other Liabilities.
