OPM is currently deploying e-QIP using a phased approach. The deployment will take place as agencies and submitting offices become prepared to implement e-QIP within their organization. Your agency will be contacted soon by a member of the e-QIP implementation team to discuss preparations.

If you would like to attend an informal orientation briefing, you are invited to visit our e-Clearance Learning Lab in Arlington, VA. For more information or for directions to the Learning Lab please send an email to e-QIP@opm.gov.

If you are a Federal agency security or personnel staff member, you may click the following link and be directed to the e-QIP Demonstration system. You must be given a training account by OPM to access this system. Please contact e-QIP@opm.gov for more information.

The email address that you use to request directions must be a ".gov" or ".mil" address. Requests from private, commercial email accounts will not be answered. If you are a Federal contractor, you may submit your request through the Federal agency with which you contract. The e-Clearance Learning Lab is not open to the public.
