The e-QIP system is used by a wide variety of federal agencies and government contracting firms and it is important that each applicant contact the appropriate personnel for assistance in completing their security questionnaire. Please pay close attention to the following options:

• All applicants should contact the local security or human resource official at the sponsoring agency/firm to which they are applying to obtain Golden Question resets or e-QIP assistance.
• All applicants applying for a position with the Department of Defense or their associated contractors should call the DoD Security Services Call Center at: 1-888-282-7682 or email jpashd@dss.mil.
• If you cannot access the e-QIP website or are experiencing other technical problems, please call the OPM Help Desk at 1-866-631-3019. (Hours of operation: 6:30am to 10:30pm EST Monday - Friday and 7:30am to 3:00pm EST on Saturday.)
