Provider Assessment
The HR LOB Provider Assessment program is a comprehensive mechanism to assess the ability of HR LOB providers to deliver services to their agency customers in a structured, consistent, and transparent manner. The program was developed with input from both Federal agencies who are current customers of public sector providers and the HR LOB providers. The Providers will be assessed across five areas including: Strategy and Architecture, Customer Relationship Management, Compliance, Performance Management, and Integration and Interoperability.

- Department of Agriculture National Finance Center (NFC)
- Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)
- Department of the Interior National Business Center (NBC)

- Bureau of Public Debt – Administrative Resource Center (BPD – ARC)
- General Services Administration
