Provider Assessment
Assesment Cycle One Reports
The HR LOB conducted Provider Assessments for the eight Federal Shared Service Centers from February 2010 to September 2011. At the conclusion of each assessment, the provider was issued a report with the results of the assessment. The Provider Assessment reports are available for download via the links below.
The HR LOB Provider Assessment program is a comprehensive mechanism to assess the ability of HR LOB Shared Service Centers to deliver services to their agency customers in a structured, consistent, and transparent manner. The program was developed with input from both Federal agencies that are customers of public sector providers and the HR LOB providers. The providers were assessed across five areas: Strategy and Architecture, Customer Relationship Management, Compliance, Performance Management, and Integration and Interoperability.
