CAREER CENTER DESIGN

The Office of Personnel Management can design a full-service career center including:

Develop & conduct a needs analysis for employees
Provide information and advice on job search resources

Electronic Bulletin Boards & Systems
Literature
Mailing lists of employers
Job Journals
State and local government jobs
Private sector jobs
Interest assessment programs for employees

Identify & procure necessary resources/equipment
Assess and recommend necessary staff levels
Train staff
Identify service options for employees using the center
Utilize free employment resources for training and referral
Provide on-going consultant services as needed
