*Rates for discontinued Update and Upgrade investigations are based on the same percentage of total case costs as those prices shown in this table.
If a scheduled investigation is discontinued and subsequently reopened by the
same agency within four (4) months from the discontinuation date, the rate charged
will be adjusted by the amount previously charged and the current case rate
for the type of case service requested.
