If you lock yourself out of E-QIP after so many attempts, where can I find instructions on the E-QIP manual, or how do I or who can re-set my password?

OPM manages Frequently Asked Questions for e-QIP applicants, which can be found at http://www.opm.gov/faq/e-QIP/index.aspx

If you are still unable to log into the system, please contact your sponsoring agency.
