Does my Federal Employee Health Benefit (FEHB) Plan qualify under the Affordable Care Act?

All FEHB plans qualify as minimum essential coverage (MEC) and meet the Affordable Care Act's individual shared responsibility requirement for each individual covered under the FEHB plan.  Please visit the IRS website at for more information on the individual requirement for MEC which takes effect on January 1, 2014.
