This software was originally known as Delrina PerForm Pro. Then, as it was upgraded, it became known as FormFlow, and the version 1.1 was extensively used in Federal agencies. For a while it was owned by Symantec Corporation, and more recently it became a JetForm product. The most recent version is version 2.15.

Both PerForm Pro and FormFlow 1.1 are still extensively used throughout the Federal Government. Supporting all of the versions of this software still in use is not possible, but to the extent that we can we are making these forms available in FormFlow 1.1 format, as these forms can then be used in that version and any newer versions. If the form makes use of some of the version 2.0 and above exclusive features, however, we will make it available in both 1.1 and 2.1 formats if possible, and in version 2.1 only if the special feature makes it impossible to save it back to the earlier version.
