Worksite Educational Programs

An agency may bring non-Government educational programs to the worksite if the agency has idle training space that could be made available to an educational institution, particularly after work hours. If the Federal agency is housed in Government-owned or leased buildings controlled by the General Services Administration, arrangements of this kind are governed by U.S. General Services Adminstration Federal Property Management Regulations. See Title 41 CFR §101-20.400.
