The Process

It's easy to work with TMA once your agency requirement has been identified. We will work closely with you to complete the following steps:

• Step 4: Attend a Project Kick-Off Meeting
• Step 5: Review and Approve the Management Plan
• Step 6: Monitor the Project to Completion

Step 2: Complete an Interagency Agreement

When your SOO [53 KB] is completed, we'll start the ball rolling with an Interagency Agreement, which must be signed by your agency and OPM. Your agency may also require a separate funding document to transfer funds to OPM. Your TMA Project Manager will assist you in completing all the necessary paperwork.
