Step 5: Review and Approve the Management Plan

The contractor will prepare a project Management Plan for your review and approval before work begins. The Plan describes in detail the tasks, activities, costs, and timelines necessary to complete your project successfully. Your TMA Project Manager will assist you with the review to ensure that all of your project requirements are clearly delineated and that pricing is fair and reasonable.
