Step 6: Monitor the Project to Completion

Your TMA Project Manager will relieve you of the burden of project and contract administration activities so that you can focus your attention on project oversight and directon. Issuing work orders, processing invoices, monitoring spending, and tracking progress will reside in the capable hands of your TMA Project Manager.
