• Your share of the non-Postal premium for Enrollment Code 54 will increase by 8.9% for Self Only or 9.0% for Self and Family. Your share of the non-Postal premium for Enrollment Code VR will increase by 9.9% for Self Only or decrease by 9.4% for Self and Family.
• We have added a new Standard option plan that is available for 2004.
