- Your share of the non-Postal premium will increase by 29.7% for Self Only or 28.5% for Self and Family.
- The dental benefit will add coverage that pays 80% of the MAC of class 1 (preventive and diagnostic) services up to $300 per member per calendar year.
- The prescription drug mail order benefit will allow a 3 month supply of maintenance medication for the 30 day retail supply copay of $10 / $30 / $50 (Generic/Brand name/Non-formulary respectively) if the member enrolls in one of the following applicable disease management programs: asthma, diabetes, congestive heart failure, hypertension/cardiovascular disease, or depression.
