MVP Health Care Changes for 2004


This is a general description of the plan changes. This page is not an official statement of benefits. For that, go to the Benefits descriptions in the Plan Brochure. Also, we edited and clarified language throughout the brochure; any language change not shown here is a clarification that does not change benefits.

  • If you are in Enrollment Code GA, your share of the non-Postal premium will increase by 4.1% for Self Only and increase by 4.1% for Self and Family

  • If you are in Enrollment Code M13, your share of the non-Postal premium will increase by 13.5% for Self Only and increase by 13.5% for Self and Family.

  • If you are in Enrollment Code MX, your share of the non-Postal premium will increase by 5.4% for Self Only and decrease by 12.1% for Self and Family.

  • If you are in Enrollment Code VW, your share of the non-Postal premium will decrease by 33.3% for Self Only and decrease by 26.2% for Self and Family.

  • Cayuga and Oswego Counties are now part of enrollment code M13, which is the Central Region.

  • We now have Excellent accreditation from NCQA.
