Also, we edited and clarified language throughout the brochure; any language change not shown here is a clarification that does not change benefits.

Your share of the non-Postal premium for the High Option will increase by 22.0% for Self only or 32.1% for Self and Family.

Your share of the non-Postal premium for the Standard Option will increase by 12.7% for Self Only or decrease 12.8% for Self and Family coverage.
