Humana Health Plan Changes for 2004

Also, we edited and clarified language throughout the brochure; any language change not shown here is a clarification that does not change benefits.

Your share of the High Option non-Postal premium will increase by 40.1% for Self Only and 31% for Self and Family.
Your share of the Standard Option non-Postal premium will increase by 50.1% for Self Only and 43% for Self and Family.
