The High Deductible option is only available in Boone, Bureau, Dewitt, Fulton, Henderson, Henry, Knox, LaSalle, Livingston, Marshall, McDonough, McLean, McHenry, Mercer, Ogle, Peoria, Putnam, Stark, Stephenson, Tazewell, Warren, Whiteside, Winnebago and Woodford Counties.
