BlueChoice 9G Service Area Expansion - Counties of: St. Clair & Madison
Health Alliance FX Service Area Expansion in the state of Illinois. Includes the following counties: DeKalb, Adams, Brown, Pike, LaSalle, Grundy and Kendall.
The counties of Hancock and Schuyler will be moved from the Macomb service area to the Quincy service area.
Humana Health Plan Inc. 75 Added new Standard Option
PersonalCare HMO GE Service Area Reduction - Counties of: Edgar, Macon, Montgomery, Morgan
Union Health Service 76 Service Area Expansion - Counties of: Kane, Kendall, Will
