State Long Term Care Insurance Tax Incentives

Many states offer state tax incentives to encourage the purchase of long term care insurance. If you'd like to find out whether your state offers such incentives, please contact your state insurance department directly. The Office of Personnel Management does not maintain specific information on state tax incentives.
