October 8, 2002 -
We had announced that HealthAmerica, enrollment codes 26 and SW, was expanding their service areas in Pennsylvania. We have revised this to show that only enrollment code 26 is involved in this service area expansion.

October 8, 2002 -
We had announced that GHI HMO Select, enrollment codes 6V and X4, was expanding their service areas in New York State. We have revised this to show that only enrollment code 6V is involved in this service area expansion.

October 3, 2002 -
AmCare is withdrawing from the FEHB Program. Coverage in Louisiana under enrollment codes ZH and ZQ terminated September 22, 2002. Coverage in Texas under enrollment codes 2V and ZG will terminate November 1, 2002.

September 27, 2002 -
We had announced that Universal Care, Code 6Q in California, would be expanding its service area to cover Fresno and Madera counties. We have removed this change from our listing, as this plan will not be expanding its service area.

September 27, 2002 -
We added a note to the Univera Healthcare changes in New York explaining how they have split their service area into two enrollment codes.

September 24, 2002 -
Health Alliance HMO, Code FX in Illinois, had previously announced that they will be expanding their service area into eleven additional counties. They have now decided that they will NOT be expanding into the following four counties: Bureau, Carroll, Lee and Whiteside.

September 24, 2002 -
Welborn HMO, Code H3 in Indiana, has terminated.

September 19, 2002 -
We have modified the change in service area notice for HMO Blue Texas, enrollment code YM. The notice lists counties that will no longer be serviced under enrollment code YM, and counties that will continue to be serviced under enrollment codes YM1 and YM2. We have removed "Houston: Calhoun, Hardin, Jackson, Jefferson, Lavaca, Orange and Victoria" from the listing of counties that will continue to be serviced.

September 18, 2002 -
The AvMed Health Plan, Code ML in Florida, has added Pasco county to the region that the original code EM will continue to serve.

September 17, 2002 -
We had announced La Cruz Azul de Puerto Rico as a new health plan in Puerto Rico. They have subsequetly withdrawn from the program.

September 17, 2002 -
The Advantage Health Plan, Code 6Y in Indiana, had previously announced that they were removing Wabash county from their service area. They have subsequently decided that Wabash will continue to be in their service area.

September 16, 2002 -
We had announced HealthAssurance POS as a new health plan in Pennsylvania. They have subsequetly withdrawn from the program.

September 16 -
KPS (Kitsap), Code VT in Washington State, has added King county to their service area.

September 5, 2002 -
Changes to FEHB plans posted.
