The OPM-FIS Telephone Liaison assists agencies with questions about the investigation the agency requested. Agencies may contact Telephone Liaison to request a copy of an investigation when reciprocity regulations allow, the status of a current investigation, the types of issues present in a case, pending items, and the results of the Security/Suitability Investigations Index (SII) check.
