The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) held a Grand Opening for its Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization and Policy (OSDBU and Policy). The OSDBU and Policy maintain OPM's Small Business Program and its contracting policy framework, in compliance with Public Law and the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The Grand Opening celebrates the completion of a suite of three offices that now house the organization.
