Hiring Reform

Leaders from across the Federal government, including agency heads and Chief Human Capital Officers, gathered at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to share stories about how Federal agencies are taking down barriers to improve hiring within the Federal workforce. *NOTE: The numbers mentioned in this VNR are for the Department of Energy's Hiring reform (174 days to 97 days) HUD's numbers are 145 days to an average of 76 days.
