OPM Director Kay Coles James to Address the Annual Federal Employees Health Benefits Program Carrier Conference

Will focus on health premiums, services and the FEHB program

Washington, D.C. -- On Tuesday, March 30, U.S. Office of Personnel Management Director Kay Coles James will deliver the keynote address during OPM’s annual FEHB Program Carrier Conference. James will focus on health-care initiatives and general program issues. She also will encourage the carriers to observe the need to keep premiums affordable for the 9 million FEHB program participants.
