OPM to Hold Working for America Career Recruitment Fair in New York City

Over 40 federal agencies and departments will be represented

Washington, D.C. - The U.S. Office of Personnel, in partnership with the NAACP, will sponsor its Working for America recruitment fair at New York City's Madison Square Garden.

In addition to providing job information and opportunities from over 40 federal agencies and departments, the New York City Recruitment Fair will feature computer linkups to www.usajobs.gov, individual interview areas for career assessments, on-the-spot hiring, and workshops on interviewing, resume writing and the application process.

Other cities where recruitment fairs have taken place include: Kansas City, Missouri; San Antonio, Texas; Tucson, Arizona; Denver, Colorado; Detroit, Michigan; Miami, Florida; and San Diego, California.
