OPM To Unveil Revamped USAJOBS Site TODAY for Media

Briefing will unveil new site and detail changes to make USAJOBS.gov more user-friendly including a cleaner look and interface, and easier search capabilities

Washington , D.C.   -  Today (Monday, January 25, 2010), during a 12:30 pm.live demonstration, Deputy Director Christine Griffin of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management will unveil a revamped USAJOBS.gov website from OPM headquarters.  Members of the media are invited to preview the new USAJOBS.gov and hear how feedback from prospective employees, Federal workers, college students and social media outlets like Facebook, Google and Twitter have influenced the ease-of-use redesign.

USAJOBS.gov is the main portal for Americans to access and apply for employment opportunities with the Federal government.  Through extensive research and study, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management has redesigned USAJOBS to make researching, and applying for, Federal positions an easier experience for the American public.
