Washington, D.C. -- U.S. Office of Personnel Management Director Kay Coles James will deliver a keynote address to the 2003 Joint Financial Management Improvement Program Conference on Tuesday, March 11 in Washington.
James will discuss OPM's progress in transforming the business and human resources processes of government as called for under the President's Management Agenda, and be joined by distinguished fellow keynoters, Mitch Daniels, Director of the Office of Management and Budget Director, and David Walker, Comptroller General of the United States.
