OPM Director James to Testify on the Human Resource Agency's FY04 Budget Request



Washington, D.C. -- U.S. Office of Personnel Management Director Kay Coles James will appear before the House Subcommittee on Transportation, Treasury and Independent Agencies on April 2 during a hearing on OPM’s fiscal year 2004 budget request.

One major component of the President’s Management Agenda to be discussed during the hearing is the proposed Human Capital Performance Fund, which OPM will manage.
