Subject: Name Change to Benefits Officers Resource Center


We have a new name! The Agency Services Division is now the Benefits Officers Resource Center. Since our office's primary purpose is to provide agencies with products and services to help you administer the benefits programs in your agencies, the new name is more descriptive of our function.

As before, we are staffed to provide direct assistance to agency headquarters-level benefits officers. However, we are not staffed to provide direct assistance to field offices or individual employees and retirees.
