Subject: Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance Program: New Address for The Office of Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance (OFEGLI)

The Office of Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance (OFEGLI) is moving its office effective February 20, 2001. The new address is:

The address to use for overnight deliveries only (such as Fed Ex) is:

2 Montgomery Street
Jersey City, NJ 07302-3802

Customer service phone numbers are not changing. The toll-free number for beneficiaries to use is still 1-800-633-4542. Agency personnel and overseas beneficiaries should continue to call (212) 578-2975.

However, OFEGLI's fax number is changing. The new number to use to fax documents is (201) 395-7950.

We are posting this information on the FEGLI web site and are changing the FEGLI Handbook to reflect the new addresses and fax number. We will also be working to change the OFEGLI address shown on FEGLI forms.
