Jack Miller

Jack Miller is the Director of Communications at the Office of Personnel Management.

Miller leads the OPM communications team and serves as a senior advisor to the OPM Director and agency leadership. He previously served as Deputy Director of Communications at OPM.

Before joining OPM, Miller worked as communications director for Invest in America and was a private media consultant. He started his career in the environmental movement and has worked in more than a dozen states for activist groups, congressional candidates, and presidential campaigns. Miller spent three years in Congress working for Congressman Ami Bera (D-CA) and Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC). More recently, he served as a contract speechwriter and communications advisor at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

Miller earned his master's degree in energy and environmental security at Johns Hopkins University and his bachelor's degree from Tufts University.
