Contracting Opportunities & Vendor Resources
The OPM acquisition process complies in every respect with the guidance in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The OPM Contracting Group also maintains its own Contracting Policies, which supplement the FAR with OPM-specific guidance plus clauses, forms and templates for use in the acquisition process. Please note that the clauses, forms and templates in the Contracting Policies available on this webpage may not be the latest versions; they are provided for reference purposes only. The latest versions will be used in each acquisition. Finally, as a means to help its customers better understand and use the OPM acquisition process, the Contracting Group offers a Customer Service Guide. It contains succinct but valuable information on a number of topics related to the process.
