The OPM acquisition process complies in every respect with the guidance in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The OPM Contracting Group also maintains its own Contracting Policies, which supplement the FAR with OPM-specific guidance plus clauses, forms and templates for use in the acquisition process. Please note that the clauses, forms and templates in the Contracting Policies available on this webpage may not be the latest versions; they are provided for reference purposes only. The latest versions will be used in each acquisition.
