Anne Easton has been employed at the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) since 1999. She has a broad policy background, with particular emphasis on health insurance and the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program. Ms. Easton has served as an OPM Contracting Officer and has been involved in a wide range of strategic initiatives to improve benefits programs on behalf of Federal consumers and the Government. Prior to 1999, Ms. Easton was employed in the private sector for a large health insurance company. She has a Professional certification from the Academy for Healthcare Management and a Master of Science in Management.
