George L. Price joined the Office of Personnel Management in May of 2011 and is the Deputy Associate Director of the Training and Management Assistance Program located in the Human Resource Solutions organization. In this position, George exercises executive leadership of OPM's Training and Management Assistance offerings. Annually, this group provides Federal Agencies over $500 million in direct acquisition assistance and project management of their Human Capital Strategy, Training, and Learning Management System needs.
Prior to joining OPM, George spent nine years as the Director of Outreach for the U.S. General Service Administration's Federal Acquisition Service where he managed all strategic marketing communications, and 10 years with the U.S. Small Business Administration working in and managing several small business contracting programs which included the 8(a) and HubZone programs.
George holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Science and a Masters of Business Administration. Though originally from Ohio, he has been a resident of Northern Virginia for the past 20 years.
