Chief Information Officer

As a model information and technology center we are recognized for strategic thinking, proactive leadership, collaborative partnerships and innovative solutions advancing OPM's mission to lead and serve the Federal Government in enterprise human resources management by delivering policies and services to achieve a trusted effective civilian workforce.

We are committed to delivering innovative, cost-effective, and secure information management solutions that support OPM's programs and initiatives.

We provide services to all OPM offices. We also provide information and services to the public and other agencies. For example:

  • Through Enterprise Human Resources Integration, we maintain the integrity of the electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF), which protects information rights, benefits, and entitlements of federal employees.
  • With FedScope, we provide statistical information about the federal civilian workforce. You can also download our raw datasets.
  • We manage OPM’s website.
