I think that after we post our resume on the website we should be put on a list and hired depending on which persons number is next on the list. Example a number list 1 through 10 where number 1 is hired first unless number 1 declines and then number 2 will be hired.

I think every state should have a different number list and people should be hired when their number is next on the list. The people could also apply in jobs as jobs are posted. The people will not know all the jobs available so the people should be called on the tellephone or written a letter and told they are next on the hiring list and they should work at a location given.
