SUBJECT: | RELEASE OF CFC 2004 NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL APPLICATIONS |
Enclosed is the application for participation in the 2004 CFC Campaign for charitable organizations seeking either national or international status. The application will also be available shortly for downloading at the CFC website.
The 2004 application has been amended to include a new certification to address anti-terrorism guidelines issued by the Department of the Treasury earlier this year. Guidance on this matter is found in Memorandum 2003-10. This memorandum was posted to the field earlier this year and will also be available on the website shortly.
All aspects of the CFC, including eligibility for participation, are strictly governed by Federal regulation. Copies of current CFC regulations are available in Adobe Acrobat PDF and Word on our CFC website.
The application deadline is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday, February 2, 2004.
Early applications are encouraged and will be accepted beginning December 1, 2003. A timely application must be received by the deadline at the following address: *
