The Online 1417 CFC Results form is now available to report on 2004 campaign results.
Please complete the form no later than Sunday, March 6, 2005.
The form is located at: http://www.opm.gov/aboutus/combinedfederalcampaign/localcampaign/index.aspx#Campaign Info System. PCFOs have been sent an email with a PIN and instructions to gain access to the new 1417 Campaign Information System (CIS). Every campaign must create its own PIN, hint question, and hint response the first time they enter the 1417 CIS this year. In order to enhance the quality of the information for use by campaigns for benchmarking purposes, the following additional data is being requested:
Views of the data entry screens are attached for your reference. PCFOs that have not received the PIN e-mail or need other technical assistance with the 1417 CIS, should contact Pamela Jones at 202/606-2564 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you.
